Restrictions on the use of the text, images, graphics, sound files, animation, video and/or their arrangement on Trails West Gate Company (by reference Trails West) Website are all subject to intellectual property right protection and such material from www.trailswestgatecompany.com and any other world wide web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Trails West or any of its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies (collectively Trails West Gate Company) may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of Trails West. Modification or use of the materials for any other purpose violates Trails West intellectual property rights. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you by access to this site or by purchasing one time usage, but remain with Trails West, who owns full and complete title to the material in this site.

All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to Trails West through this site (collectively the "Submission") will forever be the property of Trails West. Trails West will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, will not be liable for any ideas for its business (including without limitation, product or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future Trails West operations. Without limitation, Trails West will have the exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission of every kind and nature everywhere. Trails West will be entitled to use the Submission for any commercial or other purposes whatsoever without compensation to you or other persons sending a Submission. By access to this site you acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and you, not Trails West have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright.

Your privacy is a primary concern to us at Trails West. Our goal in expanding and clarifying our policy on the collection and use of customer information is to ensure a high level of security and confidentiality.

When you provide your personal information to Trails West (such as your name, address, phone number, etc.) that information will NOT be sold, distributed, used, or given to any other company or individual for use in marketing or solicitation. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to support your customer relationship with Trails West.

Additionally, any information gathered via a "cookie", will not be shown, sold, distributed, used, or given to any other company or individual for their use. The cookies which we employ are used to gather browser and access statistical information only and are kept strictly confidential. At Trails West our website utilizes SSL encryption technology to help protect the transmission of your ordering information over the Internet.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable once work has started on the art for your gate.

Payment policies:

50% deposit required when ordering with final payment due at installation. In the case of shipping, full payment is due and payable before it leaves the studio. Deposits are non-refundable we have started on the design. Shipping estimates are just that: estimates. Final cost is determined by weight after the art is completed, crated and weighed. Revisions to shipping costs will be revised accordingly. Installation will be billed at $100.00 per hour from the time we leave the studio.

A deposit represents full knowledge and agreement with the policies of Trails West.

Design Policies:

Trails West will design your art with any general theme requested, but not specific placement. Design is the product of Trails West. We have years of experience with steel and silhouettes and will design the art to be beautiful and structurally sound. Therefore any changes to the professional design requires new plans and refitting and will be billed at $200 per hour. (no exceptions - except name changes) Trails West will not knowingly copy art they do not have copyright license to use and if art is supplied it is at the sole responsibility of the supplier.
